시작 - 실행 - regedit 입력 후 엔터
아래 경로로 가서
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
DWORD로
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server
MaxConnectionsPerServer
2개를 생성하고 값은 10진수로 10~100으로 범위에서 테스트 해보면 된다.
